Special memories of Christmas spent in Port Hedland, Western Australia and Fred's, rather potent, brandy soaked fruit salad, inadvertently eaten for breakfast on Boxing Day. We were very pleased that we were able to catch up with Fred, Mary, Simon & Andrew in 2013 ( and yes there was a BBQ ) and again in 2018, after not seeing them since 1984. Very special memories for us to cherish. It was a special moment to be able to share in Fred's funeral from here in Oz. Love and sympathy to you all. Pete & Gwenda xx
